•Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days via India Post or DTDC, depending on your location.

•Expect your jewelry to arrive within 5-6 days after dispatch.

•While we aim for smooth and timely deliveries, unexpected delays can happen due to weather conditions, courier strikes, national holidays or remote location deliveries. We appreciate your understanding in such cases!

•The delivery agent will reach out once the package is near your destination. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and you’re available to avoid any delays.

Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love every piece you receive from Theory Thirteen. However, we understand things can go wrong, and we’re here to help!

When Returns/Refunds are Accepted:

•Damaged Items Only: If your jewelry arrives damaged, we’re happy to offer a return or refund. Please report the issue within 5 days of receiving your order.

•Proof Required: To process a return or refund, we kindly ask for a clear, uncut video of you opening the sealed package, where the damage is visible.

When Returns/Refunds Aren’t Accepted:

•Change of Heart: If you’ve simply changed your mind or no longer love the piece, we can’t offer a return or refund. We encourage you to order only when you’re truly in love with the design!

•Wear & Tear: We cannot accept returns or refunds for items that have been damaged due to improper care, misuse, or accidents after delivery.

•Size & Color Concerns: Returns or refunds won’t be offered for dissatisfaction with size or color unless the item delivered is different from what you originally ordered.
